Urgent Care or 911?
If you are having a life-threatening emergency, we highly recommend that you call 911 and seek services in a hospital Emergency Department. If you experience a life-threatening emergency at our clinic, we will call 911 to ensure you receive the best treatment possible. These include but are not limited to:
- Chest pain or pressure
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Stroke symptoms – dizziness, loss of balance or strength, difficulty talking or smiling, blurred vision, numbness of your face or an entire limb
- Violent or sexual assault
- Loss of consciousness
Care at the Clinic
No appointment necessary. We will see you quickly and, usually, at a lower cost than a hospital Emergency Department.
Urgent Care is on a first come, first served basis, as well as based on acuity (how sick you are compared to others).
Due to the COVID pandemic, patients with symptoms associated with COVID (upper respiratory issues, cough, fever, etc.) will be seen car-side. When you arrive, call the main number at (509) 698-2624. Staff will check you in and direct you to the appropriate parking area. We are able to provide most care at the car-side. After assessing you, your provider may, however, determine that it is appropriate to bring you into the clinic.
